Restore the Stone. Honour the Memory.
Over time, even the finest memorials can weather, fade or become damaged. Jonathan can restore an existing memorial to a condition fitting of the person it commemorates – whether that's re-cutting faded lettering, cleaning years of weathering, or carrying out full structural repairs.

Lettering Styles
The Way Words Look Matters Too
Once the wording is chosen, Jonathan will help you select a lettering style that suits both the inscription and the character of the stone. Different styles carry different feelings — from the formality of raised Roman capitals to the warmth of flowing italic script.
All lettering is hand-cut directly into the stone, not applied or printed. The depth, spacing and proportion of each letter is considered individually.
